★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad first impression because their driver marked a delivery attempt as "business closed" when there was a sign outside my work that clearly said all deliveries must go to the back door. Not expecting much, I called their customer service line, and the rep forwarded the information to their driver and I got the package later that day.
Customer service for most couriers will basically tell you you're out of luck if anything goes wrong with your delivery, but a phone call to ICS actually solved my problem right away. I will definitely use them instead of DHL from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Had a very important letter sent via courier and they outsourced it to Canada Post because they "dont serve my area". I watched their internal tracking number bounced my package around winnipeg as 'in transit' and 'processing' for 3 days, then got fed up and called customer service. After three calls to their customer service desk they finally told me about outsourcing and provided the Canada Post tracking number. It does not appear that they inform the shipper that they outsource in this manner.
