★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a date that my package was supposed to arrive. It didn't arrive on that date. I went to their website and typed in my PRO number. Nothing. I just cleared the number and I tried again multiple times and got the same result. I called the local office and was put on hold. I was then transferred to someone else. I gave the person on the phone the PRO number. He said my package was somewhere but I could not understand what he was saying I asked him again and he put me on hold for 10+ minutes. I called back and no one answered the phone. Hopefully when I call again tomorrow I will actually will get an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a transx truck pulling turnpike double pull out of their facility right in front of me. I'm bobtail and the streets are very icy. I flicked my high beams on to see how deep the ditch was in case I slid into it while I was hard on my brakes and their driver blasted his airhorn at me. I guess their drivers don't know they are supposed to yield to the traffic coming along the street. Calling their safety department resulted in endless ringing but no answer - they must be very busy fielding complaint calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much of a personal feel. Always good to haul my Cgy to Wpg freight, not so much anything else though. Staff don't seem to care in operations but I don't call anymore, I have a log into check my freight which is nice when it works.
