Horrible service. Stay far away from this company look at their reviews it says it all. Package stuck in wpg for a week and no resolution as of yet. How can a item just be stuck at the warehouse for that long ?? I've had stuff sent from China with EMS and reach my place before these guys just being able to deliver it to my place and the item is in the city already lol terrible

Found a delivery attempt note on my door. Nobody attempted to deliver, I was home!!! No knock, no doorbell ding, nada! I wish that Air Miles would utilize a reliable service!!! Cannot track, cannot speak with anyone. So very annoying to now have to drive over to pick up, grrr

This is the second time they have failed to deliver my package. As soon as the phone received a notification that the parcel had been delivered, I immediately went to open the door, but there was nothing there and the company's car in the parking lot too. I ran out into the courtyard to see if it was left by mistake at another door, but nothing was there. I asked the neighbors who were on the street, but they didnโ€™t see the delivery service coming to the park either. This is already repeated for the second time with my order. It is not possible to change the delivery service as Airmail works with them.

I ordered an item and it was being shipped through Canpar and it still has not arrived and I am worried if its going to arrive in due time or not. I call the customer care and they say ill receive an update soon about the status but i am not getting any update and the guy I spoke to on the phone said I shouldnโ€™t have ordered anything online. Much Disappointing and absolutely the worst customer service!

Canpar Nightmare!!! If at all possible, DO NOT SHIP WITH CANPAR. I ordered a package through Amazon and the seller sent my item through the cheapest possible shipping method. CANPAR. I was tracking the item and it took a while to move, but my biggest issue is that the day it was expected to be delivered, it was indicating โ€œOut for deliveryโ€ and changed to RETURN and then Supervisor Approved RTS. So, allow me to explain. My house is not far from a Round-about and there was a lot of snow. I am thinking that the courier did not want to park his vehicle and walk to the house to deliver. I called their 1-800 number and asked why my package is indicating Return to sender (RTS) She said that an attempt to deliver was made and that package was denied. Funny, I was at home all day and no delivery was ever made and I would not have sent it back. She promised a call back from the locationโ€™s supervisor. This was a Friday late Morning and I told her that under no circumstances they ship it back to sender. When I didnโ€™t get a phone call by 2PM that day, I called back. This CSR said it was being sent back to sender because it was Damaged. Funny how the other CSR didnโ€™t say that on my pervious call. I reiterated my last request. I wanted a supervisor to call me back, I didnโ€™t want the packaged shipped back to sender AND this time, I asked them to show me the supposed damaged package. I called the 1-800 number 15 minutes before they were expected to close that day as I knew they were closed for the weekend. Their phone line was closed earlyโ€ฆ Convenient! That night, I got notification that my package was on the move back to sender. I called the next Monday and asked for a call back from a supervisor. I have yet to get a call back. Cowards! In my opinionโ€ฆ 1 star is one star too manyโ€ฆ If I had the choice to give them 0 stars, I would.

we ordered from amazon and canpar was the shipper. apparently they sub contract their deliveries and I never recived my package and they would not refund me. they said the package was signed for but we never did and never received it and now we are out money and our order. if you have a choice do not use this company. if they refunded my order then I would not be so negative. where is my package and where did it go to, only the driver knows, maybe they kept it

Better not to choose this as shipment. It seems the cheapest, but will cost you more. The delivery driver did not attend my place at all. I waited for all day at home and my place have assistants at the front desk to receive packages. The driver just return the package with no reason back to this far away site near airport, not even in downtown or any site in the city. It costs me more to travel to this site and take my package back by myself. I will not buy things from any store who only has Canpar as shipment choice. I'd rather pay a little bit more to let package delivered by other delivery company.

They've delivered all of my new appliances in the last few years and I was exceptionally please with how cautious and efficient they were. Everything was on schedule and they were careful about following COVID safety precautions. I didn't hire them directly so I can't speak to prices. I really appreciated they double checked the old appliances they were removing too - I would have forgotten a few lids in the bottom drawer of my old oven if their staff weren't used to people making that kind of mistake and double checking.
