★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not on time delivery.Shipment coming from Toronto to Winnipeg.Suppose to deliver my product in 4 days but still waiting for my product and its been 8 days.Called in Winnipeg office to check and got an answer that call Toronto terminal who promised to deliver in 4 days.Worst customer service I ever had from a trucking company.Don`t wanna give them even a single star but not having option to do so.Will never recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my shipment from Manitoba to Mississauga and they picked it up through gardewine and shipment was lost for 1 and half months in Winnipeg. They found it now and in middle of transaction they wouldn’t accept my shipment because it’s more valued. Why wouldn’t they ask the value while booking my shipment. The boxes were broken etc etc. I lost business of this crazy company.Called the customer service and they said Winnipeg terminal is so much backlogged and they don’t have idea where my shipment is? I wonder how these folks are in the business still? I would not recommend this company to anyone on the earth, or mars or Jupiter or Saturn. Sorry my frustration turned to sarcasm. Good luck if any one using them.
