I bought a new Carrier furnace in July 2018 and keep up with my yearly maintenance and each and every associate I deal with is extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. I feel great trust in this company and so glad I chose Provincial, I chose Provincial because of a recommendation from a co-worker who also was satisfied with their service. Today Justin did our yearly maintenance and he was awesome, friendly and thorough. Thanks to all at Provincial, we'll see you next year!

The Provincial install crew did a great job on time and on budget. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a first time home owner I wasn't too sure who to call when our furnace started to fail. I'm glad that I called Provincial Heating & Cooling, Gavin, Dan, Max and the whole team are very professional. I called on a Wednesday morning and Gavin arrived shortly after to take a look, unfortunately our old furnace was not worth fixing but Gavin sat down with me and reviewed the different options I had available and even helped fill out the MB Hydro financing paperwork for me. I can see why the previous owners of our home had the A/C installed by Provincial Heating & Cooling. I called with no heat on Wednesday and by Friday the team arrived to install my new furnace. They even made sure to put down tarps so they wouldn't make a mess downstairs while they went back and forth to their vans. The whole team was friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to my friends and family.
We did get a surprise visit from the wpg fire dept due to the little bit of smoke that is produced during the first run of the new furnace. We have a monitored smoke alarm system and while I'm glad it works perhaps the team can inform homeowners that smoke will be produced during the first run so monitored systems can be disabled or put into maintenance mode to prevent a dispatch call to the fire dept. I won't dock them a star though as the team did inform us smoke was normal. Just something to keep in mind as some homes may also have monitored smoke detectors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace broke down on a Sunday night when it was -30. Gavin was great- he sent help right away. Stefan came out, gave us options and tried to fix but ultimately, we needed a new furnace. He made sure we had heat overnight and set us up. Dan came out the next morning(with Gavin and Stefan doing double duty)- install was quick, efficient and friendly- professional all the way round- they have new customers for life! Don't bother looking anywhere else- these guys are great!

Walked me through everything he was going to do, showed me how everything worked, was professional, knowledgeable and showed me everything he did before and after. Couldn’t ask for better service.
