★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars all the way for Winnipeg Supply! Shaun Gray is a fantastic sales consultant! Shaun answered all of my questions and explained everything perfectly. Ben and Deran were perfect! They installed my new furnace, A/C, and water heater yesterday. They arrived on time, were very professional, answered all of my questions. There was no stress from start to finish! I highly recommend Winnipeg Supply! They are the best!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somewhat unimpressed with Winnipeg Supply, so far. We received a coupon for a free furnace check up, so we booked an appt.
Maintenance tech came out, they were on time and very professional. They do the check-up and tell us that one certain part of the unit is starting to wear and should be replaced eventually, but the rest of it is fine. Later that evening our furnace starts making noises that it has never made before. Called the company and they came to look at the furnace right away (within the hour) they say everything is ok but we need a new furnace, no point in repairing it.
The service tech also failed to notice the patch that the "maintenance tech" applied after cutting into our ductwork. I could dry my wet hair with the amount of air flowing out of the embarrassingly poorly taped patch
I'm impressed with the customer service aspect of Winnipeg Supply but I am untrusting of the quality and expertise of the maintenance and service workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brent Harris did an excellent, comprehensive job explaining our options for new heating/cooling units. His no-pressure approach and extensive knowledge of the products he offered helped us make the best decision for our needs. He was prompt, on time and very reliable. He was also flexible in meeting our unique needs.
The crew that did the install were friendly, professional and worked quickly to get the job done, but also did took care to make sure the job was done properly.
I would highly recommend Winnipeg Supply and Brent. Thank you for your excellent personalized service and extra care you took to help us feel confident about our choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really are the best. Installed new furnace, new hot water tank and replaced main water shut off valve all in one day. Skilled HVAC technicians, plumbers, electrical and gas fittings. Expertly made custom sheet metal. Brought my aging system up to code and beyond. It was a huge relief for me during a stressful situation. Thank you to the workers of Winnipeg Supply!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our sump pump gave out in the midst of selling our home. Mark B showed up in between showings for us got our pump replaced cleaned everything up before our next appointment. He was professional, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend Mark B as a technician!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark B came out to repair my hot water heater and I can't emphasize enough what a pleasant experience it was. He was cheerful, friendly, polite and professional and encouraged me to watch him at work so I would know what he was doing. He was also endlessly patient with my little dog who always wants to help. I would recommend Mark B to anyone I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again needed a hot water tank and again on a weekend. Called Winnipeg Supply and Brent came out that very afternoon.Set me up with a contract to purchase a new water tank. Monday afternoon my tank was installed by a wonderful gentleman by the name of Mark. He was so knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Really was a godsend. Thank you Winnipeg Supply for your prompt and professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to call Winnipeg Supply Service "Experts" to figure out why my furnace wouldn't fire up.
An "expert" came into my place within an hour.
He told me that the reason why my furnace wouldn't fire up is because my 2 pressure switches had moisture inside and my board had to be replaced as well.
He told me that I would have to spend $2000+ for new parts.
And he said that even if he will change these parts - there will be no guarantee that my furnace is going to work again.
He said in case if furnace wouldn't work properly - he wouldn't be able to offer me a refund for these specific parts.
He basically forced me to install a brand new furnace instead of trying to fix it.
I paid him $110 for basically nothing!!!
Then I called another place.
They came into my house, took a look at my furnace and told me that they will be able to fix it for twice as cheap!
My furnace is working properly now and the parts which I got replaced also come with a warranty, even though your "expert" said that there will be no warranty for these parts whatsoever.
I would never recommend calling this place for any of your furnace issues!
Worst service I've ever had!
Don't waste your time and money!
