Each time the technician came in a very prompt time . The work was done in a timely manner , no mess left behind . Very friendly gentlemen. The value was great a lot less then I’ve paid in the past at other companies. Thank you inkster heating I will definitely tell friends and family to give you a call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our AC unit was purchased/installed in 2018 under a 5 year warranty (both parts and labor). I called to have our AC serviced during the last week week of June 2021 before the intense Canada Day weekend heat wave. It’s September 2021. AC still not working or has been serviced nor have we been called for an update of any kind. If you call the business number, it routes you to a switchboard who A.) refuses to provide management contact, B.) says someone will call us back (no one has, it’s been 3 weeks) C.) just says “we’ll put a note on your file.” It’s been over 2 full months, pretty much the entire summer and we just have a dead unit taking up space on our property. They’re clearly sending the message of warranty doesn’t mean anything because they’ve already got your money with the initial purchase/install.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home depot sub-contracted my hot water tank installation to this company. First of all - the professional tech who came for pre-inspection, gave me a wrong suggestion on tank size. Secondly, the tech booked my appointment for himself but on the day of appointment he sent a few unprofessional people who had no clue how to drain water from the old tank. They kept dragging and sliding these huge tanks on my floor. They were not fully equipped. Lastly, made severe damage of the surroundings including my washer and dryer. Broke washer vibration damper leg and the dryer exhaust pipe. Now I can't use any of my washer or dryer. Before this service I was planning to repair my A/C. Now I'll say - Stay away from this company if you don't want further stress and hassle.
