★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crap services when I went only had one employee working had 3 people in front of me then ended up having 3 more in front of me when i grabbed my kid who took 2 steps out of line had to wait in the back of the line.. Thinking it should go by fast I ended up waiting 15 min just to have my 2 year old told off off by this Young employee because my son rang his service bell... I ordered a chocolate yogurt and a smoothy with yogurt. The smoothy did not have yogurt in the end and and was very watery I threw it out might as well of ordered a lemon water at a restaurant would have tasted better and free.
Very little amount of chocolate yogurt. And if this was not enough he kept asking me what I ordered?... I'll check out a different yogurt franchise next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The yogurt always tastes great. I like how they have expanded their menu and added bubble teas and have cones you can get your yogurt in. Service is fairly quick unless a lot of people line up at once sine there is usually only one person working. Workers are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is so bad! I waited so long in line this girl was just taking her time into washing the dishes instead of helping me. I don’t know her name but she has black hair and was working oct,20 5:56pm. This company should hire fast working people. It’s really irritating to wait for 20 min just for a yogurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. You can come any day at any hour for bubble tea and they NEVER have black pearls. I come here at least 3 times a week and I always end up with this. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service from the two girls upfront, especially from the Caucasian lady. Came in on Friday, January 21st and was trying to order and they seemed so angry and defensive. Too bad.
