★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at the Burrard location today, Roxy was able to accommodate a couple of last minute changes to our bike rental and she had them all ready for us out front when we arrived. Half way round Stanley park I got a flat tire and very shortly after calling them, Fabian (hope I got his name right - sorry!) drove out to meet us and changed the tire in about 1 minute so we could still enjoy the rest of our rental, no questions asked. Super impressed with how efficient and kind the staff are, plus the location is great and prices are reasonable and transparent. Easy to book online in advance too. Will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone wanting to see Vancouver by bike! Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience with this company. It only took a couple minutes to get bikes into our hands, including helmets and locks. They have Norco hybrid bikes which were all in good working order and they did a good job guessing our sizes which made the whole process fast too.
They have free quick maps of downtown and Stanley Park and the location is very close to the waterfront so we were on the trail in no time.
The return process was just as simple and they didn’t even charge us the next hour even though we went over by a few minutes. Very cheap and fun outing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience renting some snowshoes. You can book them online too which is quite convenient. The shop is in a key location, and you can quickly park your car on the side road if needed. People seem friendly and helpful, make sure you bring them back before the renting period ends otherwise you'll have to pay for an extra day.

As soon as we arrived, we scanned a QR code that was posted on the wall. It then, took us directly to their order form, We placed the order and picked the bikes faster than the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the pleasure of renting here from Mario, and he was fantastic. Made sure we were both happy and comfortable before continuing down the line of customers. He included the basket and the bike lock, and was very friendly. Great prices and great bikes, I would recommending making a reservation online before visiting the store, but you can also make one in the store via the tablets as well.

They were very friendly and provided a map for us ? the rental included a lock which was helpful for when we stopped for a quick beer and bite of food. The prices are affordable and reasonable.
