T	TheDizzmo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: big windows lots of light big spacious rooms n good size kitchen.lots of nice scenery. If u pay rent on time every time no problems but if u run into any difficulties they will make u pay up to 200 a month. People are friendly mostly seniors. Lots of squirrels and rabits Con:management is horrible will try to add late fees if payments are late in court they can't legally collect late fees they will still try to go to collection agency. They won't fix anything on time costing me two tenants and also. the parking lots in winter arnt shoveled or well kept. Also first floor suites have easily accessible balconies that make it easy to break into i lost 35k worth of gold and jewles and on new yearx power was down costing me everythkng in fridge.gym is horrible and mostly broken equipment. Always hear noises of traffic. Place on first floor arnt safe cars in parking lots will be broken into at least one time annually. I now reside in a place with heated underground parking and cameras in hallways making it much safer with sauna and steam room and jacuzi in gym with mountain view from 12 floor. My suggestion is give wyldwood estates a 2.5 out of 10 lived there two years n last year was horrible. Will never go back.

Kitchen sink broke said they would get someone in to look at it next day, had to call back and ask how we're supposed to make dinner and do dishes with no working sink, THEN they send someone in. Gym is horrible always broken machinery. We were paying $1400 for a 2 bedroom while they were advertising the same apartments for $1200 to new comers. Negotiate to get rent down to $1200 +$50 a month for outdoor parking where someone tried to break into my car. Now they're advertising $1100 plus free parking for the same suit. Definitely moving out asap

I would like to say many good words to Luba because since she began 4 years ago to be a manager in this complex it got so much changes such a new carpet in many buildings, more clean outside and much better lawn now, with best customer service. It is most effective manager for last 10 years for Wyldewood Estate.

J	Justin Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for almost 2 years with no plans on moving anytime soon. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Haven't had any major issues other then some security problems which were immediately rectified. One concern that I have to bring forward is surveillance cameras and signage in the parking lots. We pay a monthly fee however in the time I've loved here I've seen many vehicle break in. Cameras and signage would be a great way to deter the riffraff on the property. Even if you just put signs up...?‍♂️

Tons or green space, trees and walk ways, landscaping is kept up regularly. Rent is a fair price, you can rent more than one parking spot if needed! Would highly recommend!

Oh and God forbid you don't clean your place perfectly for maintenance they'll tell management on you and forget about having heat issues dealt with, they say they'll do something but if they do it's temporary. Also if you dislike children who scream their heads off all hours of the day don't move here, the place is full of them. They also let people's kid's play wherever they want with no respect for anyone else who has to listen to the kids playing beneath their window, far from the playground that is on the property. Wish we'd never moved here.
