I (unfortunately) got roped into a lease with these clowns by leasing a Dodge Ram truck from Winnipeg Chrysler Jeep (WCJ) and after a few years of leasing it we were looking into possibly paying out the lease and trading up to a more suitable vehicle to meet our needs that wasn't necessarily going to be another WCJ vehicle. When I contacted WS LEASING by telephone, I was immediately greeted by some person with a snooty attitude that said I'm not allowed to know this info and to obtain this total, they told me that I'd have to contact the original dealership of purchase (WCJ) and ask them to get it and thus have to suffer a 2 hour sales pitch just to get a total!! I'd bet they'd tell me a total if I was in arrears with payments!! Don't they (WCJ) sell the truck to the leasing company who then leases it to me? Isn't my business with this dealership done once the lease has been signed? Why would I even have to involve the dealership? What kind of company treats a customer in good standing that has NEVER been late with any payments in this manner? The end result was I had to suffer another sales pitch and paid these clowns their 3 payment penalty to end the lease early and THANKFULLY don't have to have anything else to do with them. I have been leasing vehicles for about 25 years and WS Leasing is BY FAR the worst leasing company that I've had the misfortune of dealing with. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SHODDY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
U	Umi talk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HOPE I HAVE READ THESE TURE REVEIWS BEFORE INVOLVED THIS ***LEASING COMPANY WE TRIED SO HARD TO FIND AT LEAST 3 PEOPLE TO TAKE OVER OUR LEASE, 3 OF THEM ARE ALL GOOD AND WEALTH PEOPLE. HOWEVER, WS LEASING COMPANY REFUSED THESE OFFERS 3 TIMES!! We are still holding the lease and they refuse to accept anyone who wants to take over your lease. To be honest, I think this leasing company is just a lier, the manger in BENZ Brampton just took some undertable money from this leasing company thats why he refered us to lease the car from this WS leasing company instead of leasing from Benz. DONT EVER LEASE CAR FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE JUST ROBBER, YOU WILL NEVER GET RID OF THE LEASE YOU TOOK FROM THEM. I AM GOING TO REPORT YOU AND TELL EVERYONE AROUND ME HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS.

Poor and tough customer service, not friendly, acting like you ow them you life, treating you like a fish on the hook, no respect, no options, no payments or lease extensions, not answering simple questions, zero appreciation! They just don't care about you and your situation! Will never deal with them again!

They would find all sorts of BS excuses to reject a lease takeover, even for people who have wealth and perfect credit history. Dealing with WS Leasing is a pure waste of time and emotional exhaustion. Btw I have a graduate degree in finance, honestly if your company has 0 risk appetite, then you shouldn't be doing business in car leasing industry. Try to hire someone more competent in credit adjudication who can acutally think about the scenenario instead of acting like brainless robots. For people who are reading this review: Avoid this company at all cost.

T	Tony Marasco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been phoning, leaving messages, and emailing for 2 weeks now. Can't get a single person to actually tell me where I can send payment for my buyout. Definitely will not be working with these guys again.

Today I received a phone call followed by an email threatening to repossess my car because their office " has attempted to reach me on several occasions" (a complete lie) and that they suddenly need a copy of my insurance (which they already have). Suffice to say when this lease expires I will NEVER do business with WS again, and urge everyone to avoid them at all costs. If I was a betting man I would wager that this is a scam to steal the car because there is a large amount of equity in the car right now, and the market is very strong.
