★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in last night at around 6pm, I was parched and thirsty for a cup of water after grocery shopping at Walmart and looking for new housewares at Winners when I asked the nice woman at the counter- like Oliver twist "may I please have some water mam"... She looked at me with friendly eyes, a confident attitude- as she was cleaning and I was worried I would interupt her flow but she was so pleasent with a "Sure!" and handed me a clear cup.
Little did she know I had the utmost terrible experience at DQ when asking for water- so she made my night. Very human and real. Thank you so much lovely lady! Hope you get promoted.

I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the chicken was raw, undercooked. The gang of Punjabi ladies who run this place including the manager Ms Grewal were not accepting that the chicken was undercooked and was blaming me for trying to get a refund.
The manager Grewal threatened that she will call the security if I insist on refund and instead gave a badly made substitute sandwich.
This place has bad vibes and is racist towards Hindus. The Punjabi ladies look like they are disdainful towards non Sikh Indians.
Avoid this place at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a footlong tuna sub and the woman behind the counter put two scoops of tuna when it should be 4. These people are really cheap and nasty, find another subway that will give you what you’re supposed to get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don’t have a bad experience here but today a girl named Sukhpreet helped me and at the end she was touching my sandwich with no gloves on… like put her fingers in my sandwich which I didn’t appreciate. I’m on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to get sandwich remade so I didn’t say anything. I also asked for extra sauce and gave me a drip of sauce and had to keep asking for more…. Really bad experience today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage service and garbage quality. I love subway and it's my go to every time I eat out. So I went to central citymall subway for the first time and couldn't regret it enough. Two girls behind the counter very busy chatting. Told me to wait when there is no other customer in line, so she can giggle a bit more with co worker. Not to mention the rudeness in their tone to just have to serve a customer. These mature women need to learn customer service. The quality of sandwich I ordered was not good at all. I eat same sandwich every time and it's awesome! The bread this time was too old and not chewable. The heat was uneven in the footlong.
With food prices going up renders need to understand the quality must keep up.
If you hate your job please quit, may be someone in need will do a better job.
P.S. I'm not getting my lunch from this subway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by this location as I was in the Mall shopping. Friendly staff, and the sandwich was made well. Italian BMT. I got it grilled and it was quite good. Not as hot as when it is toasted however the consistency was better. Perhaps could have been grilled a bit longer. Overall good experience.
