★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a burrito bowl and charged $11 just for lettuce. I asked lady that i need more rice and black beans but she was not listening. This kind of service i never got earlier. Maybe we can stop coming to this location bcz of rude service and bad behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is pretty mediocre compared to other such mexican joints. Food lacks the punch. Customer service is hit or miss. Portion sizes vary depending on who you get. Overall portion sizes have gone lesser and lesser since they've opened. Tried them a bunch of times due to lack of options but probably won't be returning due to them being so stingy with portion sizes.

Gone to this location before and food is subpar and meat often tasted dry and rice was hard but wanted to buy a burrito and I was at the mall. I have gone to mucho burrito and it was a bit tastier and ingredients were fresher.
Person working denied selling food even if it is few minutes before closing time. explained they had a limited time to close and said they must and fulfill closing duties and were not paid any further if they took longer than the time they are given to close. I notice only one worker everytime I enter food court. suspect they are lowering business expenses by not paying employees properly and serving poor quality food shown by earlier reviews to compensate for lack of customers. Poor quality food and unethical practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Quesada is part of my daily ritual and it's a bright spot in my weekday. Roz and Moe are so friendly. They greet me by name and we chat while my food is being made. They know my order and start preparing it when I walk up. I order the chicken burrito bowl. It's delicious. Also, they have a points app that provides you quite often with free food - another reason to eat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is best place to eat food in surrey central area. Everytime when i want to eat mexican food i come here and eat. The lady roz is very helpful and she makes food with happiness which makes customers happy.

I've been coming here (semi) regularity here for a few years now and have always ordered the same thing. Last time I went however, I was told they no longer sold my usual order.
Later I find out that I was lied to in order for them to charge me more for the same item. I've also ordered my go-to since then from other locations with no problems.
This used to be my go to place in Surrey central, but because of their lack of care for returning quests I'd rather pick up lunch from somewhere else from now on.
