★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered two spicy veggie combos with Pepsi drink tonight at drive through ! What we got for paying our dinner instead veggie combos they gave chicken or something else ! Completely wasted money of $18.88 and couldnt have dinner as well ! Don't we deserve to get refund or any other sort of asistence ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are stingy with the portions. The popcorn chicken bag was literally 1/3rd full, a count of 7 pcs total. The fried chicken has likely been sitting there for a while, as it is very dried out. The fries where so oily they where sticking to the fry bag. And to top it off, they do not serve any spicy chicken at all despite the advertisements. I will not be going back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate them in negative. Being vegetarian, ordered bean chalupa made them sure that I want veggie no meat. But they gave me beef instead. Highly unacceptable, as this happened 2nd time. Girl who was taking orders at drive- thru sounded like she is tired doesn't mean you will mess up the orders especially veg/non- veg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better not to buy from food court in mall. Ordered large popcorn chicken for take out. The quantity is so less compared to KFC in newton. When I called to inquire, I was told by a man that it is different franchise and the quantity in mall is less. Know for next time that I will not buy from this location. It is total rip off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken is very tiny at this place. It seems to be consistent with other malls, smaller pieces. Could it be due to the fact that rent is more expensive in the malls? Go to other KFCs if you want regular size Tuesday special chicken.
