★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There portions for the bowls are totally off, compare to other locations! I've been here many times, always the same experience, they hardly put any rice compare to salad! The rice they do put is usually cold and taste like it's been left there. They say they measure how much they put, funny how other locations portions are totally different, if it's the same restaurant and bowl!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time visiting this location and I can't say I will be returning. For a restaurant/fast food chain that specializes in salads and fresh ingredients, you would think the employees would be able to tell that they are serving lettuce that has gone bad. All the lettuce in the build your own salad I purchased was rancid and tasted disgusting. I can say with 100% confidence that it was indeed the lettuce as I did not add dressing to the salad and there were no other ingredients that would be the cause of slimy lettuce leaves. The only reason I gave them a 2 star review is because the person who took my order was friendly and they were quick to make the salad. Perhaps I'm being too generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean establishment, nice aesthetic on the inside, would recommend as an alternative to those "coffee dates" with friends. Staff is very kind and helpful.
Their food is amazing! I had a custom built salad to go and I appreciate the side dressing so my lettuce stayed crisp. Very affordable and fresh ingredients taste great.
Besides the plastic dressing container everything was paper products and even then I'll just recycle the plastic container. Will be a returning customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm changing my review to two stars. After ordering here so many times I usually felt like they gave me enough for what I paid. I usually have to get extra dressing. Now the extra one is a waste because they gave me half an order when I ordered a full. Thanks guys I worked all day and didn't feel like cooking, now I still have to.
