Woodstock ford went above and beyond, getting me home so I didn’t have to wait, as well as communicated the process so there was no fuss and zero inconvenience to me. The staff were very friendly, which is also very refreshing. I highly recommend Woodstock Ford. I will definitely return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in their service. My daughter got stuck on the side of the road and we have an extended warranty through Ford. Her car broke down in Woodstock and called Ford Woodstock immediately. They told us to take it to Branford. After speaking with Service at Branford they were happy to help and they could not believe that Ford Woodstock would not accept the vehicle. Our roadside assistance covers us across Canada and it was already hard enough for our daughter to be stuck on the side of the road and been told they could not help her. Will never use their service for any of our vehicles going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After service on my vehicle. They left my car window open overnight, & failed to call me to come get my vehicle for two days. After letting me know they would need it overnight initially, which was not a problem. You would expect a higher level of service for such a basic task. Call customers, and close their windows. Especially overnight it’s winter.

Mike was my sales person and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I ordered, kept me up to date on where my factory order was on a regular basis, and answered my many many questions! Would highly recommend and will be back in the future!
