Colin worked hard to find and bring in the perfect vehicle. Shayne Couillard over saw the entire process and together they got the job done. After the purchase Colin continued his great service by hand delivering several items I had requested after the fact. You will not find better service anywhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just walked out the dealership wit my car after my first oil change !! Bad luck didn’t got the name of the guy who did the deal ! Third time had bad experience with this dealership! Walked out for the payment , told the guy that I got ford rewards, literally throwed the payment machine to the holder ! I guess the guy didn’t liked me paying with points !! Worst customer service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was making a 2 hour journey to a memorial on a Saturday afternoon in April when several warnings appeared on my display. My 2020 Escape Hybrid was driving okay (normal switching from gas to electric) except the electronic power steering felt heavy. I continued driving that day planning to drop in at the dealership on the Monday morning. Without an appointment, the service department was able to diagnose the problem returning the car to me within 3 hours. A wheel sensor had failed and was causing all the other related issues. The defective part was ordered and the vehicle was scheduled for repair the next week. Everything was covered under warranty. Thanks Wes and the Service team at Blue Star for keeping us on the road. We love our Escape Hybrid.
