They have handled the treatment of patients during the covid-19 pandemic exceptionally well. All of the doctors are easy to talk to and are very compassionate. They don't judge and they take mental health very seriously. Added to this their wait times are also very fast and I prefer them over my family physician.

I was treated with dignity and respect and waited only a short time. They were efficient and explained the process of seeing a doctor and my meds.

Professionalism, empathy and friendliness. Short wait times and individualized service. I’ve transferred everything over from big box to this hometown pharmacy. Couldn’t be happier.

The med student (I assume he was a student since he had to do a virtual consult to get an official diagnosis and prescription) was SO pretentious that even my 13 year old was flabbergasted by his attitude and lack of professionalism. The assistant at the front desk had updated our address in the system but somehow our postal code didn't save, so when the doctor confirmed our address with me again in the exam room and realized the postal code hadn't been updated, he became visibly agitated and said, "I thought this was the job of the people at the front desk." My daughter and I exchanged a look of surprise at his rude tone and unprofessional attitude but we said nothing. I gave him the correct postal code, and he continued on saying something along the lines of this not being the kind of work he was there to do. I piped up that she (the assistant) had taken the info from me and put it in the system while I was standing there, so maybe there was a glitch. Then to lighten the tension I said "But teamwork makes the dream work so thank you for doing it again!" To which he replied under his breath, "well if you lot would just do your jobs." (I thought my daughter's eyes were going to pop out of her head in shock when she heard him say something so arrogant) As the appointment progressed he opened the door to lean out and chat with some colleagues who were in the hallway while we waited for the other doctor to join us virtually, and his lack of professionalism was astounding. He was criticizing the virtual doctors for their availability, interjecting on other doctor's conversations about their patients, and then closed our door and we sat there with him while he blatantly eavesdropped on the conversation between the doctor and patient in the exam room next to us and even said to me and my daughter that the doctor would likely tell us the same thing (referring to the conversation that he was listening to). At the end of our appointment he questioned me as to why I found it necessary to bring my other two children (who were in the waiting room) to the clinic with me and I explained that "I'm a single mother with a child needing medication and no childcare options today for the younger two, who are only 7 and 9 years old, so leaving them at home without supervision wasn't really an option." Everyone on the planet is aware that we're in a pandemic and we have to distance and limit capacities, so I obviously had a good reason that I needed to bring my other two kids with me, and there is no reason for anyone to try to make an issue of it. We got what we needed for my daughter's sinus infection, but overall it was quite a cringe-worthy experience.

My son males an appointment cause he has a sore throat ( not it's not COVID ) once there , he's told , because he's sick they can't help him WRF?? but go home , someone will call..lol .. ya right , 2 hours later he calls them, he the typical B.S , we called you , if that's so , why did your # not show up on call display.. dead silence .. well will call you back late today the response, of course that call never came ... This place is a joke, if your sick , go somewhere else, if you want to pay inflated prices for OTC products, this place is perfect

I am basing my review across several visits as I feel this best represents my experience when visiting the Wiltshire Pharmacy. Time after time I am met with support and kindness. I am actively listened to and responded to in a respectful and helpful manner. I am always talked to as a person first, then a patient. I am so happy to work with this Pharmacy, the staff behind the front desk, the Pharmacist as well as the walk-in clinic staff. Nobody gets it perfect every time, but these guys sure do come close. Thank you for your support with my health!
