★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor workman ship ..terrible paint job..things still not finished from when I moved in 3 months ago 1400.00 a month you need to get way better...as soon as my lease is done I'm going to a new building down town cause 1400.00 a month I can be by the water and much much better workman ship inside the units

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management started out as lovely. Very accommodating until requests for repairs started to get ignored. The back burner on the oven sparked and another would never heat up. The water has a heavy chlorine taste and smell. The furnace would heat up in the middle of summer. The flooring by the front door and in the kitchen was never fix after repeated requests for them to be fixed.
Moving out has now caused more problems as every day maintenance has stopped by to harass on moving. Telling prospective landlords of noise complaints when no complaints were ever forwarded to us. Telling prospective landlords of the cops being called when they were called once for a break in (of which the locks were supposed to be changed and never were) and twice when my husband had two major strokes. Now with becoming homeless and having stuff in storage I fear for my husbands health.
Over in all the place is in a lovely location. The town home is spacious. Office management could be much better. Embellished lies weren't needed as we could have moved quite a bit earlier, stick with facts, don't screw over people just to be vile.
