Not only is she efficient and easy to talk to, the colour turned out great and its 100% vegan product which is great for my sensitive skin! Willows offers services for facials, laser hair removal, lash lifts, and just added massages - including RMT! Cannot wait to book in again. They also carry a great range of local, vegan products including makeup, skin care, clothing, jewelry, vegan food/drink items and so much more. A go-to for anyone who loves feeling pampered and well taken care of.

All the products used in the services and available for purchase are vegan and cruelty free. Willows Wax Bar is the perfect escape for some much needed pampering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The staff are professional, polite, and overall lovely. I got my eyebrows waxed and I am incredibly impressed with the results (and I am quite picky about my brows). Vanessa took her time and was thorough, which is something I really appreciate. While I didn't necessarily come here for this reason, they use all vegan and cruelty free products, which is also great! I will be looking into getting other services done here! 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! I was referred to Rhiannon/Willow's Wax Bar through another local business in East Van and have been SO pleased with my services. Being a bit more on the fair side, I was skeptical of laser hair reduction and if I would be able to achieve my desired results - Rhiannon walked me through the practise, told me about the machine she uses and assured me that hair reduction was possible. Over the 6 treatments, I was able to see a dramatic change in my hair (re)growth and texture, and by my final appointment I had reached the point of little to no regrowth at all. I am SO pleased with the results; I wish I had done this sooner.
I look forward to my appointments with Rhiannon - she's always up for a chat and puts my comfort at the forefront. ALSO, Willow's is a vegan/ethical spa - that feels amazing to support. Would highly recommend!
