★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not friendly store like white rock one. Less quantity of products. Staff doesn’t help you, I wanted to buy Bell ? suets but unfortunately I had only option to buy Armstrong Bell ? suet. That I could buy cheaper at Canadian Tire. But Whiterock Wild Bird ? has varieties and has helping staff to help you.

Great assortment of quality items like feeders and poles and food and bird baths as well as specialty items like stuffed animal hand puppets, socks, cards. Very friendly and super knowledgeable. Jen is awesome. She even calls me by name when I come in. Cute resident cat, Mel. Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing customer service. I had my name on a list for a hummingbird feeder heater and was told they would call me when the shipment came in...and told me what day it would be. After several attempts to call the store on the day they were to arrive, I finally get through only to find out that they arrived the day before and sold out. They said they didn't have time to call me....quite a ball drop - good luck to my hummingbirds...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These stores have one good thing they stock pretty much any kind of food for wild birds and wildlife. That said however... they are real pricey compared to Walmart etc. They do sell a really great hummingbird feeder they guarantee forever!! Just bring in the broken part and they replace it free!! The feeder is also a breeze to use!!
