โ โ โ โ โ I would not recommend this RC shop. They are understaffed and the girl in the front is completely useless. She will be on her phone the whole time and not be able to help. She will direct you to other workers who wonโt help. It takes 2 people to help one person. They will not pay attention to other customers. Their prices are overpriced as well. Save your time and money and look somewhere else.

(Owner)Hi Joshua. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your sub-par experience. Our staff should be greeting each visitor to the store as they arrive, as soon as itโs practical. Either at that point, or soon after we follow up to see if thereโs anything specific they are looking for. I could go into a list of potential reasons why your visit appears to have gone without any interactions, but those excuses do not change your experience. I will follow up with all our staff to ensure weโre greeting everyone and checking in periodically. This is even more important with more people in the store with the holidays fast approaching. If thereโs anything we can do to help you with an RC for your daughter, please let us know.)
The reason for one star is I have been on there three times this year, two times to look around and narrow down a RC car I wanted, and the third time was just yesterday 12/08/21 around 11:30 to actually buy one for my daughter, all three times no one greets you when you walk in, not even an acknowledgement that your there, all three times I was in the store for ten to fifteen minutes, looking somewhat clueless and not one staff asks if I needed help. For when someone from this store that responds to this low rating, please work on your customer service as I was ready to drop a good chunk of money down, but walked out instead due to the above.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best hobby stores I have been to in a long time. They have something or the other for all your needs. They have a great selection of Tamiya models and Gundam as well. Staff is really friendly and is always there to help you.

โ โ โ โ โ Joe,Rob actually the whole dam staff is simply amazing. I had some stupidity on my part while doing installs. Joe imeaditly showed me the correct way. The whole staff is very friendly and smart. My son and I love it there.

โ โ โ โ โ First time there and the guys were helpful in explaining me understand all the questions I had. Went there for some scale models and found a good collection of low to end end products. Great place to shop for your hobby gears.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the few stores in the area that is open on Sundays. The staff here are very friendly and helpful! If they donโt have what youโre looking for, just ask - chances are they can either order it or point you in the right direction. I will definitely be purchasing here again and recommend it to anyone looking to support their LHS.

โ โ โ โ โ Lots of fun stuff and helpful people. Been my go to place most of my life, and it's where I send people who ask about my various vehicles. Yes, it can be busy at certain times, but that's because they'll actually try to help people. And they've found lots of obscure parts for me over the years. They can also do repairs and soldering as needed. Cheers.

โ โ โ โ โ It's like a hidden gem of a hobby store. Not visible from the parking lot you will have to get out for a short walk into the inside court yard is the old Langley Mall. Once you find it and walk inside you can see the it's a serious hobby store.
I have been researching like mad as I am a beginner in the off-road RC world, and I was kinda lost as to what to buy. The staff were friendly and really willing to talk. They discussed the pros and cons of various types of off road cars/trucks and were willing to listen to what I thought and what I may or may not need. The person who helped me, Tyson, was very helpful, willing to show me the benefits of various types of cars/trucks, and made my experience there a great one.
Another great point is that at no time would they slam or insult any other manufacturers of RC cars/trucks and would even be willing to recognize the pros of other brands. They also really talked about how you could upgrade entry level RC cars/trucks as you get better and find a need to get faster or better equipment.
I went in to look at what they might have, and ended up buying my first off-road RC truck. You really can't go wrong visiting this store for your RC needs. Highly recommended.
