I was wondering about a price discrepancy between instore and online and somehow found myself in an argument when all I wanted was a question answered. I'm not sure why the staff are so miserable that they have to take it out on customers but you'll be hard pressed to find a single smile in this place.

They answer all the questions and never rush them out the door. I appreciate that despite their age, they are treated as costumers. We will continue to come back.

Store is fairly chaotically organized, feels overstuffed. Whether that's had or not is up to you. Prices are fairly high compared to competitors, but not driving far balances that out with gas prices as high as they are. Staff courtesy depends on the person helping you. For the most part they are good. Also human and have limits with some people not respecting them as employees.
T	Tyler S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like another reviewer recently mentioned; people skills are needed if you work in retail. None of the staff except maybe 2 of the guys are friendly here. The girl who works here in particular needs to get off her high horse and give up the attitude. I’ve easily spent over $1200 in the past 3 weeks here since brilliant stars released. When I ask a question about a discrepancy between shelf price and what an item scans as, you don’t need to be rude. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with her, but it will be my last. She’s beyond ignorant when dealing with customers, it was nice when she wasn’t there for a few months. If you hate your job that much, don’t do it! Believe me when I say you will lose a LOT of business if you keep her working there. Most card collectors I know are genuinely good, down to earth people and I have nothing but good things to say about the guys here, but it’s sad when my wife agrees that this woman needs to be fired.
