They were professional and did a through cleaning of the ducts, vents, furnace, and air conditioner and left the furnace room spotless when the job was complete. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for this service.

I was in awe with the level of service they have provided. Very satisfied with the work! Will be calling him again in the future that’s for sure. Kudos to Evan, one of the guys, for doing an awesome job too! No need to scout around just call these guys and you won’t be disappointed. Industrial-grade equipment did an excellent job at cleaning out the furnace of any heavy debris which for sure none of the other local companies can do.

They were polite, thorough and really paid attention to details! The amount of dust and debris they pulled out with their big truck was incredible. I feel relieved to know my family will be breathing cleaner air with clean ducts and a new Napoleon 9700 with UV light virus killing technology built in. Will definitely use them again!

But what really impressed me was the level of customer service - from promptly replying to my messages to providing the quote but especially while on site answering my questions and providing advice on work still to be done and even leaving some extra duct work in case I needed it. Will definitely be using whyte ridge when we clean our ducts at the end of our project.

I contacted the owner Taylor and he promptly got back to me and had the 2 cleaners return to attend to the furnace. It ended up being a fixable issue thankfully, but instead of the job taking 3 hours it ended up taking about 6 hours once the furnace was fixed. The owner did offer a discount on the cost of service which was appreciated. Not sure I would use this business again due to this experience, but I will say they did do an excellent cleaning of our ducts and furnace.

They were prompt and efficient, but more importantly very knowledgeable and honest, it's hard to find someone you can trust these days. Had an issue with a the furnace and humidifier that they were able to diagnose and address quickly. Had the ducts cleaned as well while they were there. The technician who completed the service had submitted an invoice that was a little higher than what that Taylor and I had discussed earlier as he wasn't aware of our conversation. The invoice was still really reasonable - Taylor caught this when he reviewed the submission and called me to tell me the technician had overcharged me and that a new invoice with the lower price was being reissued. Rates are really reasonable, they are super knowledgeable, and work hard and efficiently. I would and will have them back for all future servicing and issues. Highly recommended.
