Always so helpful. Took in my van on a Friday at 3pm and they fixed it on the spot. No not everyone will be this lucky but I'm so appreciative of those guys. Honest solid guys. They came highly recommended from a friend and I'm so glad I listened.

Once again Dynamic proved to be an honest repair shop,they adjusted the bill DOWN after the part they ordered turned out to be less costly than initially thought,I was ready to pay the higher price. I’ve used them now 5-10 times for various vehicles ,each time was a good experience. They are an honest repair shop well worth the drive across the city %100 recommended

Horrible service. I had a vehicle I was trying to get safetied and scheduled an appointment for Thursday. After leaving the vehicle overnight Wednesday, I returned Thursday right before close to pick it up and hear the results of the safety inspection. I was told the cars ride height had to be increased and the exhaust would need to be changed (sports car with aftermarket exhaust and suspension). After explaining to the cashier that the exhaust had all the things he told me it failed for, he told me just to change the ride height and bring it back. Over the weekend I raised the car to the appropriate height and rescheduled an appointment and tow truck for the following week. After the cars reinspection, I am presented with a laundry list of reasons the car failed the safety inspection that were not present following the initial inspection. After questioning where these new β€œfails” came from I was told that not only had the first cashier lied to me, but that the first inspection had never even been completed??? I am convinced they did not inspect my car any further after seeing the exhaust and ride height. After inspecting the Manitoba Traffic Act: Vehicle Equipment, Safety and Inspection Regulation, while some fails where justified, many of the reasons for failing the safety were blatant misinterpretations and straight up fabrications of the law. I am beyond words, I came to this shop due to its reputation, but it seems as others have mentioned recently, the new management are a bunch of crooks.

For years the owners Gary and Wayne have always gone out of their way to take care of our family. They only charge for the work that is required and sometimes they don't even charge for that!!!! Can they miss something, sure, but they are human and working on used vehicles. I assure you they will alway make it right. I believe the reason Dynamic Auto is so successful is not because of how good they are at repairing vehicles, but how terrific they are with their customers!!!!! Keep up the great work :)

I have been a customer of Dynamic for at least 20 years,, when Gary was there rates were fair and they did work with honesty and integrity. Well not any more. I never did like dealing with the attitude of Nicole. When I had a discrepancy on my bill, she would never look into things, just tell me I was wrong and yet both times I stood my ground with her there turned out to be an error. My sister went to Barrydale Auto next door and got great service. That’s where I’ll be heading next time.

My family have been customers for years and always rave about how good, as well as honest Dynamic is. I found that out myself this past summer when our car stalled. My sister came to boost us and suggested we go to Dynamic since this was the second time this had happened within a week. It was near the end of the day but they checked the car immediately and determined that all that was necessary was a new battery. They ordered the specific one for our car, had it delivered by courier and installed it right away. Their price was extremely good and we haven’t had any trouble since. We are very impressed with this business and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Recently, we returned to Dynamic for an urgently needed repair, they took the car in right away and fixed it. They had a nice staff member who dropped us off and picked us up. We also appreciated the use of their courtesy car. They not only fix the car, they take care of their customers as well.

The last few times I've dealt with them it was not a good experience. They recommended replacing the entire fuel sending system when it was a $80 fuel pump that was gone and could have been replaced instead, when I got the car back the new pump does not work well at all and I spent $900 for a broken fuel pump to be replaced in a Nissan Versa economy car including labour. They overcharged in my opinion and if they're gonna charge in the high end of things the work should be perfect you'd think at least right? Not at all the fuel pump is weak and they didn't return the old part either which leaves me unsure about whether the new part is actually new or rebuilt. To be honest I never requested the old part back but an offer of whether or not I wanted it would have fixed that bc I would have liked the old part back for future parts. Please in the future if there's a cheaper way to do the work could you at least offer it and if a customer pays up for a brand new part and comes back a week later saying it's not working the same as it was could you do your due diligence and at least look into it better than taking it for a drive around the block and saying it seems fine & not believing me that it's not the same as it was?
