Do not trust them 2 1/2 MONTHS AND NOT READY TO LIVE IN worst service and follow up I have ever known. August 9th craned on home now October 24th and the plumbing connecting the two sides not done and no venting so the home is open to sewer gas still. Home is still not done. Many drywall patches not done or partly done and cracking already. GFCI outlet missing in laundry area since brought to site. Fixtures missing like fan unit in bathroom and light shades on dining room light. Three windows with blown thermal units and Bill Allen the owner says "that never happened before in twenty years" so intimating that the blown units are somehow my fault. Despite being " turn key " supposedly in a week after being installed as I was assured when we bought it, the dishwasher was not hooked up and caused a flood in the kitchen. Had to shut everything down again and spend time trying dry kitchen floor to prevent damage to the cabinets and island base. The fireplace, an upgrade , was not hooked up with chimney installed for over two months. Just because some siding was missing and it took time to get they left the home interior and any issues for over two months. They did not want to spend the money to send out the apparent one and only person who knows how to put these things together until it could be all finished. And here I wait still. Follow up to Bill's comment Yes I own an inspection company and I pointed out several things like the furnace that needed serviced, and electrical that needed done before I bought the home. It was a used home in that it was on display but unknowingly I did in fact pay full price according to the newer model which is sold at same price I paid. The frame twisted on display site but Bill said it went back down. Well my foundation is perfectly level and I have uneven floor because of floor twist. I was told it twisted though so my bad. However, while not a bad product Bill Allen is in my belief is far too overloaded to properly manage the business. He cannot seem to keep the installs properly timed and has difficulties with installers following up and meeting deadlines due to so called unforeseen circumstances that really should be foreseen. In my honest opinion the product he sells is a good product at a reasonable price, I would do business with him again but I would insist in writing on delivery dates, completion dates, and I would hold back 10% of the payment until the home is completed and all installation finished. I would as well insist on a payment reduction of $300 or more per day for every day not completed after the agreed on installation date.

My husband, myself and sister went to see the model homes that they had on site. We went and seen them all. And had a few questions. So we went into the sales office. Their was a gentleman at his desk looking on his computer. My husband ask him a couple questions and this gentleman and I am not using this in a nice way, did not look up once , never said hi, sent my husband in the wrong direction to see a sample. He was rude & ignorant to all of us. If this guy owns this site in Stouffville, Ontario, shame on you for treating a potential client like that. You sir our the reason why we will not be purchasing anything from you or your company. If this is how you treat people. People need to know.

Bought a Fairmont mobile home. Bill is a straight forward kind of guy. When asking a question he always gave use a straight answer and also let us know about the tax credits we could get. We had gone to another dealer first and felt they were unprofessional and not above board in what they were telling us. Bill's staff helped us pick out colors and extras we wanted. Because we were on a budget, changes had to be made and Bill was very understanding. Our down payment was reasonable and once the process started with Fairmont Bill kept us in the loop. Fairmont was a another story. Fairmont took so long to get us the engineer drawings that we almost were too late to get the home in before the snow. Also, they made a mistake in the drawings which cost us over a $1000.00 to have the contactor fix; however, Bill at Wholesale Housing graciously covered that cost. The drivers who delivered the home were excellent and were able to place the home on the concrete slab within an inch of required. They were very pleasant. Also, Bill sent us Tom to patch the cracks in the drywall, from transporting, and he did a beautiful job. Thank you Bill for your help.

We went shopping here for a modular home. We ended up having to walk around the yard looking for a salesman or the owner. We finally found the owner and began to ask him questions about the houses and options. However, he appeared to be more interested in openinging his mail, checking his email and tidying up his desk than he was in talking with us. He kept on telling us to email him with any questions we had. He came across as very uninterested and bothered by our visit. We will never deal with this company

I shopped around all over Ontario comparing homes and prices before deciding to buy a Modular here . I’m glad I did questions and concerns where always taken care of promptly . The modular they sell are a very good quality the process from beginning to end was much smoother than I thought it would be. After I moved into the home there where a couple of minor items I was concerned About and they where taken care of immediately . I had such a good experience I’m buying a second home from Wholesale Housing. You will not be disappointed if you deal with this company.

We cannot say enough good things about Wholesale Housing Inc.; in particular Bill Allen and his staff. They treated us royally, answered all our questions and there were a LOT of them! There were so many back and forth emails but they were always answered in a timely manner. Unfortunately Fairmont Homes are not taking any new orders until February of 2021 and we want one this year. We visited the on site homes in Stouffville and they are impressive. Very well made and high quality fixtures, appliances etc. Bill is a straight up kind of guy who is forthcoming and honest and we sure appreciated him. Thanks for everything Bill and staff!! Went there to see the homes on site. They were really well done, but because of Covid you have.to wait until next year to make a purchase. Bob answered my emails and phone questions. Not sure why the bad reviews but we haven't purchased a home yet or had it installed so the four stars is just based on our service so far. I'll be following up with Bob to ask more questions about the homes and delivery etc. Seems like a really nice guy.

Bill and his team was great to deal with. I like that they give you space to look around and are readily available when you need them in person or over email.
