Love living here... Nowhere else in the city provides an actual neighbourhood where your neighbours wave as they drive by and you can actually borrow a cup of sugar! Kids and pets are welcome and so is your great attitude??

With dry wit and attention to detail. Manager Rob keeps things running smoothly at MH Village. No small feat in a park with 213 units. A live let live kind of place with basic rules of decorum and safety.

We stayed renting for a year. The neighborhood feeling was great, amazing people. Felt safe at night, didn't worry about items getting stolen. It was a good rental. The only problem we are facing now is after we moved out. They charged my account for a month of rent even though we no longer lived there and while they did try to help solve the issue but now I am the one dealing with all the bank charges while they just say "oh sorry.." . I feel kind of sad cause this is the only bad experience that I have had with them and it feels like barely anything was done to try and help the situation I am now facing because of them.

The management (rob) is amazing. He pulled salt for me in getting qualified for my first home. I had a score way below their qualifying score and rob promised me that he would make things happen and he did. I cannot thank rob enough for everything he did for me and my family. He is so easy going and laid back and definitely just a down to earth fella. I hope he stays around for many years to come.

My husband and I just happily signed another year lease at Medicine Hat Village.. We have been here since 2016.. This is our home.. Before we signed the lease Rob came to our house to check on a couple of things.. all will be looked after... I am very happy.. he is a very nice, kind man.. the new lady in the office is very helpful as well.. We feel safe here and everyone is so kind... Maintenance man Guy is very kind and efficient.. if there is ever a problem with our place it is looked after quickly.. I smiled on my way home with my newly signed lease.. A safe warm home for another year! PRICELESS!

It's pretty bad when u are still waiting for your damage deposit after u move out of here on Sept. 19th 2021 ..gave your 1 month notice..did a walk through with Rob ..all was ok and he said the damage deposit would be returned to him in 19 days!!Even left his curtains for them .and moved out two weeks earlier..hes still waiting for his money!!..im Ricks girlfriend..I moved out my place..received my damage deposit 2 days later and also half my months rent cause I moved out 2 weeks earlier too.course I had a wonderful landlady!!Rick has Bills to pay like everyone else. He does not need this wait!Rob keeps telling him the check will be in any day from Head Office..here we are Nov 8th and hes still waiting!!@Please if any one had the head office phone number. Let us know..This is not over!!!

Lived here 6 years. Neighbors are great. Office staff, well, I'm not going to go there. Maybe it's different because we own our home, so we don't matter? We pay exorbitant rent fees and the land taxes on top of that, and what do we get? A "monthly" email every 4 or 5 months. Not a single email from Cove Communities saying they understand the pandemic has been hard on everyone. NOTHING! We get unsanded and uncleared public roads in the winter. Internet that doesn't work. And ZERO communication from anyone! Again, my power disappeared this morning, and it was the city workers that told me what they were doing! Finally fixing my complaint from over a year ago!! If you want to live here, RENT!! DO NOT BUY!!
