They had all the parts I needed in stock, the man came out and helped me a lot (probably spent close to 30 minutes helping me), and their prices were super reasonable. They also gave me very real advice for future upgrades/projects that I’m planning that really helped me without making them more sales. I called like 7 places before I found one that was open on Christmas holidays.

The team works tirelessly to help customers and we cannot say enough kind things about the service and excellent work they did on our trailer. If you ever need any service please go there. Vito fixed what he could on my vintage RV and than replaced what was needing replacement. The rest of the team was also excellent. Highly recommend Toronto camping for both repair and parts.

We are from Ottawa, Ontario, but took the chance to go look at this used motorhome after I talked to Vito on the phone about the ad I saw for it. We talked for 10 minutes (he called me 30 minutes after I emailed an inquiry after hours) and he suggested from the sounds of what I was looking for, We should drive down and check it out. Vito was not wrong. The motorhome was exactly as he described, if not understated. We so appreciated his honesty. He took the time (hours) to show us everything and took us for a test drive. We told him we would think about it, no problem, very friendly, happy to spend the time with us. Vito made us feel very welcome and he was very helpful as we are newbies Long story... but to shorten it, I have to say... we are very very happy with Vito, Sue, Gregg, and the rest of the staff at Toronto Camping Centre. They all went great lengths to see that my Wife and I were very happy with our purchase. We look forward to years of camping fun and will highly recommend Toronto Camping Centre to everyone. This will be the first place I will check for our next purchase. It is so refreshing in this modern world to come across such great, friendly, knowledgeable people to deal with. Thank-you all. UPDATE... It has been a year and 12,000 kms later. We love this motorhome. We have been to Arizona and out and about for 4 months. Very reliable machine. We keep her well maintained, and still really appreciate the folks at Toronto Camping Centre for steering us in the right direction. We call her "Beauty"
