★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trusted my agent Brent Hillis to provide a service and find a quality tenant. As a first time landlord I hired an agent because I had no experience in dealing with prospective tenants and expected my agent to consult me on a good fit. Unfortunately, the proper due diligence was not conducted, the basic things such as identification and background checks were not completed properly the tenant that was recommended created multiple problems for me and my family. Please be aware when using Brent Hillis as an agent if you are leasing a space or searching for a quality tenant.
