★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people, excellent service. They really try to help you, as much as possible. Fixed the lawn tractor, under warranty. They have master keys, which is very helpful. You don't need to leave yours there. They even helped us push the tractor, onto the trailer. With all the snow and ice, on the ground and the rain coming down, it was hard to get traction. Lots of parking and room to manoeuvre, when pulling a trailer. Great experience!

From sales, to parts, AND SERVICE, the folks here, treat you like one of their own! If you need ANYTHING, associated with a particular tool, or piece of equipment, they will assist you in every way that they can, to help you out! Always pleasant, friendly and helpful! I have ALWAYS had AN EXCELLENT VISIT for my riding mower, and hand tools needs! I will continue to come here, as a customer for ALL of my associated needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a minor client of Hutchinson's since moving to the area 16 years ago. My favourite purchase by far is my Stihl BR 600 backpack blower which provides me with instant gratification whenever I use it. For the first time in 7 years it wouldn't start and I took it in to David Connor in Service. David took the machine back into the repair area where Service Tech, Tim took over and immediately took over trying to find a solution. While I purchased a Stihl Helmet for my chainsaw, he tried everything over a half an hour and finally after changing the gas and the spark plug, it started. I never expected on the spot attention. I have always had great service at Hutchinson's, but this was over the top. It is so rare to find that kind of dedication. I look forward to my next purchase / experience at Hutchinson's. My sincere thanks to David and Tim, who I learned are brothers. You can't have enough Connors! Thanks, Phil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been going since the 80s and had always had great service. Thanks to their help, our John Deere Lawn Tractor lasted 33 years and still going! Even with the original tires! We will always keep Hutchinson as our family lawn supplier for machinery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Green tractor owner for 5 years. Very good parts department, but weak sales department. Sales for partner sold me wrong sized implements for my 1025r (wrong mechanical thumb for 260 backhoe that kept sliding off, oversized box blade that machine couldn’t pull, should have offered quick attach implements but didn’t). Considering selling machine, but received buyback at $10k less than premier equipment dealer. Sales staff took 1.5 weeks to respond with white for tractor purchase. Much better experience at other dealers who treated me like they wanted my business. Not recommended. Go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staffs. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am not a very handy homeowner with big backyard and my tractor needed maintenance. I screwed up on changing oil filter because I tightened so hard and oil leaked. I went there to get repair advice not knowing why. They are very helpful by explaining me why my oil leaked and taught me how to do it properly. Also, the engine was making funny sounds and the repair reception told me to change spark plugs. He even told me how I should change, and it works. My John Deere is working great again. I highly recommend this place. Thanks to amazing staffs, safe me money and learned something.
