We saw Dr Nasir, terrible vet...did not wash his hands before examining my young puppy (jamming his dirty hands in my puppy's mouth and ears, etc) also during examination kept touching his mask and uncovering nose and talking and going back to touching my puppy. In the end he merely rinsed his hands with water without any soap. Definitely didn’t inspire confidence especially during covid. Also when asked questions, he was very very unprofessional, answering questions by using his kids as an example of what my puppy should or shouldn't experience. Ridiculous. If I wanted an opinion on kids I would've gone to a paediatrician. One star for nice receptionist

I've been to two different Animal hospital in Toronto, not even have to say about the over priced bill, but also they are always too busy and place are cramped so you don't have a chance to see Vets in person.(only phone calls) But in White Oak, place is big enough to take people in seperate rooms. And I was able to meet the Vet in person and techinicians there, are all very knowledgable and helpful. Kindely answered all my concerns. I cannot say enough good things about them. I'm willing to travel an hour to have their service in the future without hesitation. Thank you so much!

C	Carrie Bridges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were amazing with my poor Forrest. Forrest, somehow got an infection around his nose, eye and cheek. I have attached a picture so you can see how bad it was. I was able to get Forrest into see them right away but as I was getting everything ready I couldn't locate his carrier. At this point I was late and had called them they said I could still come in just come as soon as I could. With my son's help we ended up taking him in an open box. We managed to get there not long before they were due to close. After looking after him and giving him a shot for pain and some antibiotics. I was informed where the emergency hospitals were if the antibiotics didn't seem to be making a difference. Thankfully they did. We went back for follow up 8 days later and they were surprised at how much better he looked. He still had some swelling around his eye so drops were gotten to give to him. The nurse from Australia then showed me how to put the drops in his eye. I was so thankful that they still looked at Forrest because of how late I was and that they were so close to closing. They were so nice and supportive to both Forrest and myself as they could tell how worried I was. Thank you very much everyone at White Oaks Animal Hospital from now on you are my vets.

They have had every product I needed for my cat and reassured me when he was getting dental surgery. My cat feels very comfortable here and I can tell he is well cared for. Thank you!

Both of the vets are not only professional but personable we never feel like just a number or a pay check. We have young Bull Terrier named Bennie who has a lot of skin issues as well and some handling sensitivities and they are super understanding and helpful with our training. They are also reasonably priced.
