Best Supermarket in Canada

M	Muhannad Al on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best source of halal meats in the area. Prices fluctuate based on the supplier. Fresh Afghani bread is good. They also have some south eastern goods that you only find in such stores. Again meats here is the best in town. I highly recommend calling before coming as they sell out sometimes.

In only few months, they have raised the bread prices to $2 in only few months. How ridiculous is it that they're taking advantage of people that need Afghani groceries. I mean people made it without for decades on Canada. It's definitely time that we need more grocery options and this is not acceptable, nor is it affordable. Maybe to a customer who has never shopped here before might not feel bad, but it's really doing a number on loyal customer like myself who spent hundreds of dollars on meat and groceries. What's the worst is they never have any specials and will never offer customers for shopping with them. Will never recommend this supermarket for anyone looking for Afghani and international food. Better off adapting to the Westernized food. Thanks but no thanks.
K	Krish 1248 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for halal meat. Place is small, but you will find most of the stuff needed to cook Non-veg foods. They do carry Afghan sweets, dry fruits and dates.

O	Open Your Mind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place offers your food essentials at a very high price. Bread is $2.00 where everyone else sells it for under $1.75. Please be considerate of the fact that customers come to you because you are not the only option. They support you as a community. Sticking to such behaviour will open doors for competition and loss of customers.

Most of the spices do not have prices on them so either you ask or it’s a surprise when you start checking out. The sales are actually pretty good when they do have them! Place isn’t the most organized and they have a lot of variable items scattered but if you go in and know what you want you can be in and out pretty quickly. Wouldn’t advise to go there for any fresh vegetables or herbs they don’t have much of a variety and they are not as fresh as they seem.

Prices are fair. Their take out is delicious too! You can taste how fresh the food is made. Not like other places that give you microwaved rice and naan. The bread is so fresh and soft it can even be frozen and re heated like new. Seriously amazing place!!
