Had to return it (sadly!) because my husband is allergic to the cleaning solution they use (which smells quite lovely!) They let us do the return, no problem and were kind about it. I would definitely recommend this place!

The service was prompt, but not rushed, and we felt we could ask any questions we wanted before purchase. The owner told us to contact him with any issues and that he would make any repairs necessary (in future) on our new MIELE Blizzard CX1 Cat & Dog vacuum. This kind of service is very important to us as we live in the Gulf Islands and need to travel by ferry for shopping and almost everything else.
