★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t be happier with these guys. The other vacuum store in town told me that me SEBO vacuum was toast and not worth fixing. This is a very expensive vacuum... I had a weird feeling about it as they were shocked when I said I would pick it up (I at least wanted it as a parts vacuum as I have more than one for my cleaning company) they even said “well it’s all apart in a box, are you SURE you want it) so I picked it up and brought it to Duncan Vacuum and guess what... it was fixed in a day at a VERY reasonable price!!! Don’t want to leave a terrible review for the other Sebo distributor in town so I’ll do it this way ;) that other company had already taken my vacuum apart into PIECES... something that only needed $150 worth of work done to it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off parts for repair and was told to come back tomorrow and would be done. Came back 2 days later and was told they were to busy and did not do it . Was told to come back In 2 days. Came back a week later and was told they had forgotten about it . So I took parts to mister sweeper and they were happy to repair and had it done same day. This place was excellent when the father ran the place. Now run by son and has gone to pot! Save yourself a heap of bull and just go to anywhere else. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer BEWARE :Sister bought central vacuum . She is new to Duncan. No one showed up to install Monday april4th. The Money given. Store not open Monday morning. No one answering calls. What's going to happen today I wonder .... Ok a tree fell in his yard.had to close store Vacuum still not here. Apr8. Ok April 20 still waiting for hoses from Vancouver...really ...and no I won't install just machine...what do u think? And they never answer the phone, filtering calls. We will call you back...may 12 finally got vacuum. Ordered mid march
