★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides being a church, this is also the location of the Colwood Badminton Club, meeting every Tuesday evening from 7-9pm. While the venue isn't perfect with bright overhead lights and limited ceiling space, the quality of the badminton played here, and the comradeship of the patrons of the club make up for any physical shortcomings of the facility. Level played is a recreational medium to high level, so I would not recommend this to complete beginners, but if someone had played already and had some latent skills, then this would be a good venue to dust off racquets and enjoy the company of good people. Membership is $20 with a $5 drop in, but one can pay a non-member drop in of $7.
