After being presented with my freshly spliced power cord and improved plug head, I was pleasantly surprised to see the debris and hair had been removed! Good price for the repair too. Thank you

They listened to our situation (size of our place, flooring type, presence of stairs, pets, storage space, etc.) and helped us determine what vacuum that best suited us, explaining the pros and cons of virtually every style, brand and model they carry. They even helped clarify or correct me on some things I thought I knew. The store had some of the big brands you can find in big-box stores, as well as some brands you may not be familiar with. They also don't carry any of the cheap brands found in big box stores, so you are not tempted to sacrifice a quality purchase because of a ridiculously low price. And to my surprise, all of the models they sell are listed at the same prices found at larger chains (I thought they would be pricier considering the size of the company and the service you received). They even price-matched to a sale going on at numerous big-box stores. Conclusion: At All Victoria Vacuums, when compared to any large chain big-box distributor, you will receive better service and leave with greater confidence that the vacuum you purchased is what you want/need - no second guessing, no buyers remorse, no need for extensive research. After all this is the only thing they sell, so you can be assured they know what they are talking about. And when the price is the same, why shop anywhere else? Not only do you get all the perks above, but you are also helping out a team with a passion, diminishing ignorant consumer culture, and stimulating the local Victoria economy.

Unfortunately parts for that one were discontinued so a new machine was required. They offered me an excellent alternative, great value. Covid protocols are well established while they still have the right staffing level to provide quick service. Nice to be able to get exactly what I needed from this local business.

The staff person was able to fix my vacuum within 5 minutes, took an older vacuum I had to be recycled at no cost, and answered my questions about what regular maintenance I should be doing for my Dyson. I'm really impressed by the level of service they provide - so friendly and so helpful. I will definitely be returning in future. Thank you!!
