★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again I was impressed by the service I received from Kelly Niehaus and Phil Cole at Westland. The entire team there makes my insurance experience a breeze. I have multiple personal, condo, and business insurances through them. Kelly (on the personal side), and Phil (on the business side) always ensure I get what I need almost immediately, even if I email the wrong person when I need it. :) Any updates, certificates, questions, etc., are immediately addressed and resolved...most of the time within minutes. Kudos to you both for taking care of me. Very much appreciated and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Janice has always gone above and beyond as an Insurance Broker by being both professional and personable. She was always able to make me feel like my interests were the first priority by making sure I get competitive rates. She deserves a five-star rating, through and through.

Kelly is extremely prompt when replying to emails or calls, very well organized whenever we require copies of our policies (usually on a whim) and she is very personable, which makes it easy to reach out to her with whatever we need. Kelly’s level of professionalism is bar none. Highly recommend Westland Insurance.
