Techwel has provided our company with outstanding service for nearly 8 years. We began using Techwel to assist with minor problems and now rely on them to supply, install and maintain all of our IT needs. When immediate technical issues arise, Techwel is quick to answer our call and provide us with a timely resolution. We had a computer crash on a very large piece of machinery that was purchased from the US. Techwel was able to work with the manufacturer to re-program a new computer system within 48 hours, thus vastly reducing the overhead costs of getting a new system shipped from the US. I would strongly recommend Techwel to anyone seeking knowledgeable IT assistance from a professional family-owned business.

For the last 4 years I have relied on Tina and her qualities to help me resolve all of my computer issues. I find it extremely convenient that she offers remote technical support. I explain my issue to her then an arrangement is made for when she can take over my computer to further assess the issue and resolve it. I would definitely recommend her to others looking for invaluable computer technical support.
