★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Special ordered a block heater. Was not advised it didn't come with a cord or that is was for 230 volt. Had I know that, the order would not have been placed. An expensive and absolutely useless part now and they will not take it back. I was told by them, I should try to sell it on Kijiji or Ebay. Very poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast when it comes to getting the truck in and having repairs done. Big kudos to you guys on that accord. My only issue was having to chase for feedback on progress from the service desk. Was promised the unit at 1pm on the 25th. Had to keep calling to find out finally at 8pm that the truck was ready for pickup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not bring my RV there again. There was a lack of attention to detail. They did a great job on the repair itself (paint wasn't an exact match) but they didn't paint any of the damaged trim. They left parts of the job unfinished. I approved them to do an extra $300 worth of work and when I got there the bill had been upped to $525.
