My sales rep was Anu and by far one of the greatest service I have ever received at a dealership especially at times like this when no one has cars.

From my first visit to see Nick to my flawless visit to pick up the car from Sonia, this team did everything to make it a smooth transaction and a very enjoyable purchase. NICK found me the model of the Elantra I wanted. GOT ME THE VERY BEST PRICE, and assured me that I was in good hands for any issues I ever had. This is what buying a new car should feel like. He maid sure that all the information and doubts are perfectly taken care of! Also, car buying experience was made really smooth with less paper work at the dealership itself. โ โ โ โ โ They ripped me off and broke my car, and ripped me off again.
Summary:
12/21 Paid $790.94 for the 72km service (2017 Elantra)
12/21 Paid $484.58 to replace two front brake pads
12/25 The car wasnโt turning on properly
1/3 Sent the car in again & paid $464.84 for the battery
Whatโs the chance of my car breaking 4 days after I sent it in for service? Within 2 weeks I had to pay $1,732.28. My car was working well before I sent it into service, and got it back with the battery drained and the car wasnโt working after 4 days. Iโm never taking my car in for Hyundai service again. I wouldnโt recommend anyone to get Hyundai service from the dealership, and will never buy a Hyundai again.

โ โ โ โ โ Sonia was very helpful and listened to all my needs. She responded quickly to all my calls and messages throughout the purchasing process. I felt like I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and she made the experience as seamless as possible. The rest of the team was also very accommodating and took time greet me everytime I visited.

โ โ โ โ โ Rishab is a great saleperson. Called and texted almost immediately after an inquiry about incoming vehicles and showed respect to a buyer as a person. Responed quickly to all the questions that i asked even when he wasnโt working. He will get you the car you want. I am super satisfied with the new vehicle i bought and Rishab spared no effort to get me what i wanted. He was able to get me my selection without much of a delay (not his fault) and kept me updated along the way.
