Family owned place, they are busy some times so call ahead and affordable prices for oil changes.

Yang and his son are amazing auto mechanics, This is a family owned store with reasonable prices, They have free wifi for customers to use in the waiting area with all the basic amenities. They’re my go to auto service place for most of car related problems, Their inventory has few spare parts ready but yang is always helpful in getting required spare parts in a timely manner. They’re service is great and with such a reasonable prices on Winter tires, Battery, Windshield Wipers etc they stand second to none.

I've recently left this Auto Shop as a customer and I will not be returning either of my vehicle or my wife's. A year ago and 3-4 months I got my rear suspensions changed on my BMW here. My strut mounts was so "rusted out" that the head of the strut burst through them. The right side went and then eventually the left side. Again I brought in the car back several times to say that the rear is hitting hard. They then told me they don't see or hear what I'm describing. I was told you have things in your trunk that could be causing the issued. On a second time they drove it "supposedly" and didn't heart anything. After several attempts to get an appointment I just drove my car there and literally forced them to look at it. I even recorded the sounds which was pretty obvious. They then placed a crow bar to show me the main parts of the suspension (control arm, etc) didn't have much bushing left or it as wearing down. I was then told this should be more expensive than the struts. Fine, I asked can you get me pricing. Jeun, the son, gets on the phone and "supposedly" dialed a number. This was inconveniencing my and I had to run back to my office. So I asked for him to call/ text me the part names and the cost. It's been a week now I got no calls. I've called back to get answer and its as if I'm being ignored. I've had several attempts to follow up and no answer. So I've decided to take my business away from them. I've arrived at a conclusion, the symptoms I was experiencing currently was why I brought the car in last year. I said it may be the struts, they then confirmed it was the struts. They replaced the struts and the same thing started to happen again after a year. So I'm forced to think it wasn't the struts and perhaps the controls arms of the suspension. Also, if a strut mount is rusted out, wouldn't a mechanic advise that this was the case? If I had brought this to my car's dealership I would have experience this sort of customer experience. Yang Auto Service severely lacks the competency to give correct and proper diagnosis. They're customer service is severely poor, no call backs or follow ups as they said they would. To me they are an entry level shop that can do easy and basic auto work but not equipped to handle extensive work. Right now I currently have a suspension that is on the verge of failing and all I was told was this is too expensive to fix? What? Really? It all seem very shady, as they are hiding something. There isn't a business that sense of ethics that states, this is how we will fix your car, here are the price, this is what needs changing. I got none of that. Just merely told, it's too expensive to fix. So I guess I should ditch my car and screw it as it can't be fixed. That's not proper service and I'm perplexed to think, they are either hiding something or they screwed me over but can't own up to it or BOTH. So with that I don't recommend anyone going here for extensive work. Tire, brake and oil change...maybe...but nothing else.

My brother and I had been referred to Yang's Auto Service by a friend. We were very impressed with their prompt and great service! Certainly recommend this Service stop and their excellent crew!

I've had mixed experiences here. I've spent a few thousand dollars at Yang Auto over the past 3 years. At first, it seemed like they were giving me a good deal on a timing belt change. But a few months later, and the timing belt is giving me trouble again. My side mirror was cracked. He called the "dealer" and said it costs almost $1000 to get the parts, and $250 for labour. I called the dealer the next day and they said the parts cost $300. Something strange here. I ended up buying the parts on ebay for $100. I brought him the parts and suddenly the labour price dropped to $60. This is good, so kept going, but strange how they gave me a made-up price at the beginning. I was in a small accident, and they did a great job of fixing my bumper and fenders for a reasonable price. I spent about $1000. After being a customer for three years, and spending a few thousand dollars here, I brought my car here last week because I was hearing a noise from the wheel. He said that a screw was loose, and he fixed it within 5 minutes. He charged me for this fix! I couldn't believe he charged me for a "diagnostic" fee, after I've spent so much money here. It was unbelievably the lack of customer-loyalty discount. Moving on to someone who is more honest and respects loyalty.

Good place to buy affordable winter tyres too.brought 4 winter tyres with rims still using third winter. Very friendly staff, I just change winter tyres, they accommodate us mostly unless they are super busy

I got the winter tyres and tyre change at this place. Service is fast if you have appointment. Wanted to get my engine light issue checked but didnt get much help with that. Had to show somewhere else. I thought they offered best rate for tyre change but later found someone even cheaper than this shop and that shop even check air pressure and air filling in the tyre which this shop didnt do when i got my tyres replaced.
