Going into the consultation, we were not sure what to expect and I thought it may be one of those too good to be true situations. We met with him for our consultation, and we were immensely happy. We decided to wait to list our house as we were also looking to buy a new house. We did this so we could work around the closing date of the new house when we sold our current one. Nishan simply went above and beyond, as he wanted to ensure that we got the best and fairest price possible for our house with a full understanding of the situation in front of us and being respectful of our opinions and needs. We have an older home with older home issues. Nishan found every reason and detail to make our house a valuable asset to the community. We had many showings and numerous offers. Nishan and his team made sure we were comfortable with every step of the selling process. From signing contracts to photographing the property, each team member was respectful and always uplifting. He promised to stay the course until we found just the right buyer. And he did! He found someone who saw the beauty in an older home and in the neighborhood.
