★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahmud has a lot of experience and knows his way in the real estate world. He has been patient throughout the process (100+ viewings and 30+ offers). He takes the time to explain and do the research and has his clients best interest in mind. He is always on the ball for the house hunting. He isn't one of those people who push you or tell you if you don't put an x dollar value you wouldn't get the house. Overall the house search process is painful but when you have Mahmud as your realtor it's has its fun moments and is easier.
