M	M. Ozair Ghayoor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is scam. Their sales team called us with various names and PRETENDED to be from other the company that we are currently with. HAMZA was the name of the sales person who called and then without our approval sent us 5 machines. They now keep us charging. I have been trying to reach out to them to get the return labels or get the machine picked, but after three months no luck! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

I remember couple of years ago my terminal stopped working and I had to go all they way to head office to get a new machine and when I got there the man said they don't have any. We were without a machine for two days and many thousands in loss of sales. When I wanted to cancel they kept charging me unnecessary fees. TO EVERYONE ONCE THEY SIGN YOU THEY WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONES. In my 20 years in this Country these guys definitely are amongst the biggest crooks I have come across. To save you trouble DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS. I am surprised why they have not been shut so far.
S	Sukhbir Dhaliwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are scammers. One of their sales agent did not fully disclose the terms and conditions and got us into a 5 year contract with MBE. 1 year later we switched to a different POS provider and MBE charged us $499 for termination of contract.
A	Asim Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I changed over to MBE ATM from DC Bank and their service is 10x better. Before I had an old machine and got no money off of my machine. With MBE they have a professional team who have great installers and I really like how Ali always answers the phone. Definitely like how they work and would recommend for any convince store owner to use their service.

I have signed up with them in December 2019 and used their POS service for couple of months than switch to another service provider they charged me a cancelation fee of $300. Which was unfair but I had no option. Then they start using my information and started charging me again they send another pos machine to.my office and charging rent for that me and my office staff called them atleast 10 times for taking the machine back since we did not sign any contract but they r using my previous information and collecting money. Such people should be behind the bars.

They confirmed me but did not picked up the machine nor stopped payment. Be very careful before signing in with these guys. No after sale service. There are other vendors in the market Which provide better service and better price

They don't care about customer service Once they signed the contract.MBE is third party so they charged every month for their services which they never give. This company charged all unauthorized payment without letting you know. And once they charged they never get back to you even you make plenty of complaints. Don't trust any employee who work their. They are just making people fool. I was one of them. So, never ever go with this company. I would suggest, contact company directly insted of going by third party.
