★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with Sivakumar Shanmuganathan. We booked an appointment to see an apartment in Markham on Tuesday. I was told someone will meet us at the lobby on Sunday at 1 PM. Appointment was firm and the only condition was that agent call us back in case this unit is sold by that time. We arrived at the lobby at 1:02 PM and no one was there to meet us. I called to the office and the lady at reception said she can not see any appointments booked for this unit. I left my phone number and ask to contact the agent. He called me in 5 minutes and said he has lost my phone number and could not notify that they have a firm offer on that unit. Would be nice if can call me in advance just to save us 45 minutes drive (one way) on Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst brokerage I have come across , I work at this brokerage. The Broker of Record does not respond Ina timely manner. They don't have an online booking, broker bay nor do they do wire transfer during covid.
