β β β β β Would avoid this company like the plague, either working with them or buying their products (they have a in-house brand called Maple Leaf Nutrition). Products are terrible quality. They may be MADE in Canada, but ingredients are mostly sourced from China as they are a subsidiary of a Chinese company. Management is in shambles. Highly departmentalized. You're lucky if you'll even get a timely response (let alone a response, as this company barely responds to inquiries or calls) to a question (expect to follow up dozens of times but always given the same runaround how they are waiting for a response).

β β β β β Nutralab is definitely not your choice no matter as a business partner or a employer. Their products are made in such a bad quality that you would never use them on yourself and your families. And their management is nothing but a mess.

β β β β β If I could give this company zero stars I would. What an absolute joke. The employees are almost as incompetent and dishonest as the actual owner. If you're a small business owner and are looking to do business with Nutralab, save yourself the trouble and DO NOT. A former employee told me they're going out of business which is why they are mishandling all accounts with no remorse.

β β β β β Having been at Nutralab for 2 years, I enjoy working for this company. All of my colleagues are friendly and work hard. As a new immigrant, I am also happy to have the opportunity to contribute to a business which is founded by immigrants. As a GMP business for OEM, we can learn a lot about different products from different clients, it is a great place to practice various professional skills, especially for someone just starting their professional careers.

β β β β β This company is built up by a Chinese immigrant, a PHD, who is with great courage to start from scratch in a new land. We don't have too much shinny but empty slogans, but work very hard to help client to have a very competitive price to survive in such a competitive market. I am proud of being one of this team to help clients and also help the employees here to pay the bills and raise the family. This is a middle scale company (more than 100 employees, imagine there was only one employee 20 years ago), admittedly like all the other companies, it is not perfect and there are lots of opportunities to improve here and there. Personally, I prefer taking actions but not words, and being part of the team to make this place better, to grow the business, and to offer more job opportunities to the big Toronto community.
