We were referred to The Sign Company by the super at our building for some exterior signage. While the work was completed ok, the communication was extremely slow and the contact showed up at a time to see the property / requirements without confirming with me. We were also interested in a larger sign that required a permit and requested a quote. They provided the quote for the sign and indicated we would need to get the permit ourselves which was not a problem. At the time, they didn't give us any other option at the time for them to take care of the permit themselves. After 2 months of back and forth between the City, MTO and our building owner, the City expressed 2 questions regarding the material of the sign. I reached out to the sign company to confirm these 2 small details and they called to tell us they aren't interested in the job - because they feel we were getting them to do the work on the permit which we weren't interested in paying them for. As a business owner, the thing I've wanted to do is jump through hoops with the City but that was never even provided to us as an option when we got the original quote. Now that we have paid the permit fee and all documents are submitted the only final barrier was answering these 2 small questions - and getting the sign made/installed. The fact that they would tell us they "aren't interested" and it's too small of a job after we've been going back and forth on the permit ourselves is mind boggling. Now we have to put the permit on hold and find a new supplier literally over 2 months after we've been dealing with the application / city to get this done. The people who work at The Sign Company have extremely poor communication and are very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Such a bad taste in my mouth. Wow, simply wow. I will make sure our super is aware of the experience we've had with them so they don't continue to get ongoing referral business.

I have been with this company for almost 18 years and I am happy to say that this company is very professional with their ideas and graphics. Prices are also affordable in comparison to other sign companies out there. I will always contact them for my signs. Thank you Eon and staff. Keep up the good work. Sincerely, Michelle.

They are quick in getting back and providing a quote. My job had a problem when first installed, but they were good at replying to me, and arranging to come and fix it. That's why my rating is very good, because it's not always about getting it perfect the first time (stuff happens in all our jobs), but being willing/able to come back and fix it even though I had paid in full, and they did just that.
