UPDATE May 11th we considered getting press fixed but portrait style is known to have this issue.. we are 2 for 2 presses now same issue. Asked owner BING if he would sell us the landscape version as they seem to not have the issue when talking to others in the business and he has indicated we would have to buy full price and we could sell the faulty one..really sell the garbage press to some new user.... BUYER BEWARE. April 2020 We bought the 16 by 24 inch press from middle graphics.. the first one we received was smoking within 3 months of receiving it... from the cords going into the heat element and we had to be firm with owner in order to have it replaced. He was clear that if he replaced it there would be no warranty on the new one.. which we were fine with because we figured it was just a lemon. Fast forward ....now 4 months later the new press is starting to do the exact same thing as the last one. We even had an electrician come in the first time to check our outlets to ensure all was good .... and as per electrician outlets are to code and can run the press properly with the proper amperage, voltage etc. I am very disappointed... the owner is a nice guy and we love all the other products we have bought from him.. but paying 500 dollars for a press and having this happen now for the second time is unacceptable...but we have no other option but to go elsewhere. Price point is great on the equipment but I guess as the saying goes .. you get what you pay for. HEAT PRESS BUYERS BEWARE! Owner actually removed the layer that covered the cord as he believed that is what caused the issue on the first press... but as you can see the one side of the cord is starting to burn.. and we only noticed because it was literally smoking!! Please Please Please ... Safety First.. spend the your money on something that won't burn your house down. This review is just based on these two incidents with the 16 by 24 press portrait style. I would normally just deal with the business and not leave a review.. and the Owner is very nice and the other products we have bought are great (sub blanks etc), but I have to make folks aware. It is a Safety Issue.

The person is very rude and highly uncanadian temperament. Completely not interested in customer dealing or giving any suggestion to anyone. And when asking about hot press and other equipment from his shop he simply replies that he does not sells that. Why in the whole world does a person mentions everything on the website and when q customer comes in he had to disrespectfully shun the customers away. Only enter this shop if you want to be unattended.

Please avoid this place for all your sublimation and vinyl needs. The owner has some really cheap quality products from China. And when a product is not as advertised or damaged he doesn't do exchanges. If no refund I understand, but no exchanges? Come on!!

BUYERS BEWARE: We needed a hatpress ASAP and contacted AIP Middle Graphics. We placed our order and was able to pick up the order on the same day. No full or detailed receipt was provided for the transaction. A credit card slip was emailed to us. This did not include any information related to product, cost or model number. The equipment is cheap quality and was not appropriate for the garments that we were using. It destroyed a few of our products due to this issue. We contacted the owner to return the item as the return policy outlines 2 weeks.Β  The owner was very aggressive, rude and defensive during this phone call. He stated the restocking fee would be 20%, despite the fact that his website advertised 15% and the receipt referred to the website. In addition, while the hatpress was purchased approximately one week ago, the owner stayed the item needed to be returned IMMEDIATELY by 5pm today, despite the website indicating anywhere up to 14 days. In the time of stringent lockdowns and COVID-19 he is forcing us to return the item by 5pm. We made our way to his store where we were greet by his unprofessional demeanor. My husband was in disbelief of the tone and demeanor of this individual. Upon returning the item, the owner was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. He stated he has sold this hatpress without issues for 7 years. He accused us of returning the item based on false information. Upon reviewing some of the other comments on their Facebook Page and Google reviews, it appears that this is a common issue with this vendor. He asked for heat tape that we never received. While requesting for information on whether it was included in the box or handed separately, he insisted that we received it and continued to argue. We still haven't received a clear answer as to whether it was handed to us seperately. We stated its $4 and we weren't going to argue over $4 and paid it. He kept raising his voices with us despite us requesting that the refund be processed so that we may leave. He was not COVID-19 compliant where he did not maintain social distancing, did not have plexiglass available, nor sanitizer available. I had to ask that he wear his mask properly during our interactions. He requested the credit card and ID. Upon providing it, the owner photocopied the credit card with IDs without our consent. Upon reviewing the store front there was no secure bin or shredder to collect this information. He made the first copy which was not clear, ripped the paper into 2 pieces and threw it into the garbage. No secure shredding was available. We requested clarification for the purpose of photocopying our credit card. He stated it was to ensure there was no fraud. We stated he could easily verify that the card and IDs matched as we had our wallets. He was adamant on this practice. When we asked him to please shred our credit card photocopy. He told us to call the bank. He then accused us of money laundering, when I inadvertently handed him my Visa opposed to my husband's despite us indicating we were husband and wife and it didn't make a difference to which card it went back on as both accounts were the same. My husband was standing right there with the card which matched the receipt. In fear of identity theft, we had to take the copies of our credit card and call our bank upon leaving to notify them if this instance. The bank notified us that that was a bit weird practice and we should monitor our cards. I'm appalled by the practices by this I have never had had interaction like this before. The level of unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, poor communication and violations of common business practices were astonishing. We will not be purchasing any equipment items from anywhere but Stahls or other reputable companies. I would highly recommend anyone take their business elsewhere. UPDATE: I enjoy the fact that he responds to my review indicating that I provided the wrong card although the right card was available with supporting ID.

Terrible Customer Service I would not recommend this company at all! I placed two orders from here, one for toner reactive foil and one for a laminator. The foil works fine but the laminator was defective right out of the box. (Please note that I paid almost $200 for this laminator) I called and emailed them about getting it replaced however after a week of them skirting around the issue I finally called to get to the bottom of the problem. The owner was very aggressive and insisted I pay the shipping there and back to hopefully get a replacement if they deemed that it was in fact defective. I politely told him that I should not have to pay the shipping because they shipped me a broken item. He refused to pay the shipping saying that he would not be making any money by doing that. Nor would they give me a refund without their 20% restocking fee. So proceeded to file a PayPal claim to hopefully get my money back. Here is were it gets really unprofessional. Through the PayPal platform he said that I was lying and was very rude. Realizing that I was not going to get anywhere with him I escalated it to PayPal. (At this point I did not trust that he would actually send me a replacement or a refund if I sent the laminator back) After I did this I received a threatening email from the owner saying that he was going to file a report against me with a credit agency and a debt collector to reclaim the fees from PayPal if they decided in my favor! He also demanded I send back the machine right away. Needless to say I will never be ordering from this business again!

Bing is hands down my favourite supplier! Always kind and willing to carry things to my car. Not only is his service wonderful, his product is quality. Can not recommend Middle Graphics enough. Been a customer for the last 3 years and I will continue to do so.

I bought two cases of sublimation mugs from them a while back. Service was great until I had an issue. The 15oz mugs were good however the box of 11oz mugs came with a few broken handles and after using the mugs a few times the lightest tap would break off another handle. I contacted them about this and since I did not contact them in the unrealistic 5 day warranty period he said the only thing he could do was give me a few points which would give me a credit of approximately $2.00. This did not cover the cost of the damaged ones I was left with and he couldn't tell me why this was or how it could be fixed. I was a little disappointed.
