Patient processing has improved with the new location. The wait is well worth it! I can see like an eagle. Big Thanks to the Clarity Staff and the brilliant Dr. Paul Sanghera for being caring and precise.

My husband had an appointment with Dr. King Chow today. Our experience from start to finish from fantastic. The technicians who did the testing were wonderful and Dr.Chow was amazing. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions. I recommend this clinic over and over again!

1st time visited Dr. Baseer Khan (after moved to Markham Road from Alton Tower Circle) around early of June. Went thru quick COVID questionnaire screening before went to front desk. Took 2 different types of eye tests, which arranged with 2 different staff. Then, waited at the big waiting room (with TV on) for almost over an hour. There's already around over 10 patients waited at the same room. All staff is really nice. *Note: All staffs and eye doctors is extremely busy to handle lots of patients every single seconds. Only took less than 5 minutes I met with Dr. Khan, before he run to check another patient, even after I waited for almost closed to an hour @ the waiting room). *Tips*: Ready all kinds of medications (especially eye drops) you take on a daily basis. Write down every single Q ahead you want to ask the eye doctors/specialist. Otherwise, you may not be able to visit doctors again in another 3 or 6 months. I gave 5 stars (compared than other viewers) because staff is all really nice. If any of you were being treated badly, one of the reasons: They're too busy. It most likely the same situation if you plan or intend to visit other eye clinics. All of this type of eye clinics is always busy. Good luck! Free (a bit smaller parking area than Alton Tower location) parking. Site is right next to Tim Horton's.

The people are friendly but the service is rushed. The doctor checked three patients in my half hour stay and asked me to book an another appointment in four months. The receptionist says I have to call back in two months because they don't have a system which holds the future dates for more than two months. When called after two months she says the doctors schedule is not open so I have to call back again. It seems I have to call them every day to see the doctors schedule is open or not. I asked them to call me back when the doctor schedule open and she says I have to call them back because that is the protocol.

I have been receiving treatment for awhile now at this clinic. I really like the new location as it has a great atmosphere with the new surroundings. I am very grateful for the excellent care I receive from Dr. Gupta. There is another person I must mention and that is Nagesh, Dr., Gupta's assistant. She is a very upbeat and positive person which I appreciate so much! Thank you Nagesh, you are awesome!!

I rarely write reviews but I enjoyed the eye doctor I had. I waited about 40 minutes to see the eye doctor, which is reasonable. Dr. Lisa Jagan was super nice and gave me the reassurance I needed!

My mother was sent here for a second opinion by her primary eye doctor. The first visit went ok, her eye drops were changed. She was told to come back for a second appointment. She was not told why, only assumed to follow up regarding her changed eye drops. At the second appt the eye doctor told her to book her eye surgery appt and did not explain properly. My mother told the doctor, she cannot do that. She needs to discuss this with her husband and furthermore does not want surgery for her glaucoma (when her diagnosis is not even confirmed - as her IOP remains the same with or without eye drops). She told the doctor she would have to think about it, then will call the office IF she wants to proceed. A year later she gets a message on her machine stating - her surgery is booked, please call to confirm the appt. She called the office the same day, left a message stating - CANCEL this appt, she is not going to have surgery. The appt was NOT cancelled instead she got a call from the automated service stating her appt is scheduled and reminding her of COVID procedures. My mother has NOT had a good encounter with this office for many reasons: 1. Booking appts without notification from the patient, 2. The doctor seemed upset when my mother at the appt told him she would not book without discussing this with her husband, 3. The automated phone tree is not user-friendly and does not take messages properly,
