★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this guy, can not recommend to anyone who want to do safety certificate. The try to get your money for nonsense, showing irrelevant explanation to issue findings. Moreover,he changes his mind every seconds. Even though , he is not good mechanic with new technology. Does not understand english well and speaks only in mandarin , which makes customer to feel bad. In overall, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frank has been very helpful taking excellent care of my two cars for years. He has more than ten years experiences and is very knowledgeable about car maintenance and repairing. He has been my go-to person about my car problems. Whenever I ask him any questions about my cars, he not only explains the car problem itself but also provides a few different options to fix the problem and the pros and cons. His excellent services always exceed my expectations. And his service hourly rate is very reasonable, and of course, lower than the dealerships'. I highly recommend Frank to anyone who wants to take good care of their cars and to ask questions about possible options to fix their cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car to New Safety to fix an issue I had been experiencing with my car for over a year. Spent few hundred dollars and countless visits with my former mechanic and the issue was on going.
When I took it into New Safety, Terry immediately came with me to do a test drive to identify the issue. Once we got back to the garage, they identified the break issue I was having and showed me what was causing the problem. They also presented me with the several options and let me decide for myself. They were honest and very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They did an excellent job fixing the breaks, calipers & rotors - the car finally doesn't make noise or feel heavy when breaking.
I knew going in this would be expensive but their price was very fair for a job of this caliber. Most of all they got the job done perfectly.
Also its worth mentioning:
- Excellent customer service - very friendly and kind.
- Time: My appointment was at 11 am and didn't have to wait around. They were on time! Also they got the job done very fast and finished it in the time they said they would.
- Going the extra mile. Told me things I will need to watch out for with my car and when I should consider addressing them.

He changed the new part and it broke soon ( after one year and one month) and he said it's out of the one year's warranty. Same part I changed from dealer is still perfect after a couple of years. TO BE CAUTION if you go there!!!!!!
